1. Manufacturing Technologies

At our facility in Bursa HOSAB, we utilize two primary production methods optimized based on part geometry and technical requirements.

Rubber Injection Molding: Provides speed and efficiency for high-volume production. It allows us to achieve excellent surface quality and tight tolerance values for complex geometries.

Compression Molding: Offers superior performance, especially for delicate parts requiring material integrity and rubber-to-metal bonding processes. From placing specialized formulations into the mold to the final vulcanization stage, it ensures high material density and structural strength.

2. Material Expertise

To meet the demanding standards of the automotive and appliance industries, we work with a wide range of elastomers. We utilize specialized formulations including NBR, EPDM, NR, VMQ (Silicone), and FKM (Viton) to ensure resistance against oil, extreme temperatures, and high pressure.

3. Quality and Precision

In compliance with our ISO quality standards, we implement strict process controls from mold preparation to the vulcanization stage. Every part leaving our production line is guaranteed to meet 100% of the required technical specifications.

4. Our Areas of Expertise

Brake System Solutions: We manufacture high-durability sealing elements, dust boots, and specialized rubber components for brake caliper repair kits. We guarantee fluid resistance and superior sealing performance in these critical safety components.

Project-Based Custom Production: Beyond standard parts, we develop fully customized, project-based rubber solutions—from design to mass production—based on technical drawings or physical samples.

Rubber-to-Metal Bonding: By utilizing meticulous surface preparation and advanced bonding agents, we bond rubber and metal at a molecular level. We provide high tear-strength solutions for vibration isolators and durable technical components.
